San Francisco (officially Barangay San Francisco) is one of the 44 barangays constituting the municipality of Ubay, in the province of Bohol, Philippines.
The barangay's total land area is approximately 1,107[2] hectares and has a population of 1,497[3]as of 2007. In the last 2010 National election, it has 852[4]registered voters.
Barangay San Francisco celebrates its annual fiesta every June 26 in honor of their patron saint.

Located southwest of the municipality, barangay San Francisco is bounded by barangay Bulilis to the north. It is bounded by barangay Los Angeles to the west, to the east by barangay California, and to the south, by barangay Ilihan. It has an approximate distance of 21 km from the town center, Poblacion.
There are seven puroks or units in the barangay manned by the elected kagawads including the Punong Barangay or Barangay chairman.
People in the barangay are mostly farmers live by planting rice, taro, camote, cassava, banana, and other vegetables. Some have small lots of agricultural land. A portion of population also weaves mats, produce palm oil and coconut products.
